Machining MDF natural sheets
The sheet consists of wood fibres compressed under high pressure. This makes the material easy to work with. When milling or sawing, this sheet material does not splinter. The fibres are held together by resin. This makes it important to degrease the plate well before painting the material. The material also has an absorbent effect, which is why we recommend always finishing the edges with an edge sealer. For this reason, MDF natural is only suitable for applications indoors and in dry conditions.
